Mellow and melancholic, this song has been floating in my mind of late. It's not that I'm feeling down. I'm in really good spirits actually. It's just that I'll hear a song like this, and for a moment I'll be inspired to write a scene for it. The inspiration is ephemeral; so the story goes unwritten. I soak, but I can't extract all the derivative thoughts, emotions and imaginary storylines that swirl within. Perhaps it's best that way. If there is a video to this song, I'm glad that I've never seen it. Likewise, if it has been used in a movie soundtrack, I'm glad I'm not aware. It would ruin the formless story that exists only in my mind.
