college life vs. home life
So I have been back at Hofstra for 3 days now. I would like to appolgize to anyone who is really into reading this LJ, cause I really haven't been updating. This is mostly because Colonial Square (the dorms I live in) has pissed ResNet (our computer provider) off so much that they shut us off sometimes out hatered. Anywho, I thought it would be fun to do a little comparison of college vs. home, so here it goes:
Home/College (advantage)
Name: Jeremy, J.R./ Boston, Sir Chubsalot, Token fat funny kid, fucker (college)
Occupation: On Demand entusists, ice cream scooper/ student, all around chillkid
Good Male Friends: Andy/ Chad, Sean, Philly, Travis, Kyle (college but andy is still a good man)
Good Female Friends: Ashley, Hayley, Lindsey, Lindsay, Annie, Baize, Sam, Mel, Gabs/none (HOME!)
Favorite Pastime: Making Plans/ Chillinz at random (college)
Homework: Wait, whats this?/ at least 2 hours a night (home)
DVD: WHMS/ everyone in my collection (home...love ya)
Music: Showtunes/ Anything but (not sure yet)
Greatest Fear: Thunderstorms/ Penn Station with a Sox hat the night after a sox/yanks game (home, its scary there)
Hat: Sox/Sox (tie)
Attire: Fun T-shirts, no matching/ Designer pants, solid color shirts (home)
Room: Place where I sleep/ My house, well furnished and decorated (college)
Common stench: Ice Cream/ We don't know, we just don't like it (home!)
Neighbors: Old people all around/ 6 hotties (college..or is it?)
Mostly likely way to spend a friday night: Go to someones house and talk about what we wish we were doing/ Do what we wished we were doing (specifically eating wings at Hooters) (COLLEGE)
Cell Phone use: Ashley and Hayley only/ How I survive (HOME)
Internet: Fast, wonderful, all together good at bringing on a smile/ I don't want to talk about (ugh)
Greatest Annoyance: Classes in high school/ that goddamn blinking light on my phone...I LOST MY EXTENTION DAMNIT (college)

amount of sleep: 6 hours/ oh forever (college)
distance to masco: 7 miles/ 281 miles (COLLEGE)
So all in all, college is better...um its not really a quiz but if any of you collegeites want it...you can have it.
