in cairns...
so, i arrived in cairns after a long ass flight, i am sick and unmakeuped and unshowered and i was stoked to check into my hostel and then check out the town, but i got to my hostel and i can't check in until 2:00! so now i am roaming the streets looking like actual death. good times:)
looks like it will be rockin here! i don't want to get stuck here and i tend to get stuck in cities, so (after i shower), i'm going to go to a travel agent and see just what i can do with my money... i so so SO want to dive the great barrier reef (it's here where i am right now) but it's pretty expensive so i might have to stick to the trusty snorkal... i accidently bought a new camera yesterday (the guy was smokin hot and i actually needed one) which i couldn't actually afford, but i'm on vacation and my other one BROKE... so yeah, then we realized my memory card was effed as well so i was lke "oh fuck, i can't actually afford to buy a new one!" (cuz they are like $80) so what did this sweetheart/sexy beast do but "accidently left one in my new camera"... and accidently left some new batteries too! I LOVE BEING A GIRL! anyways, i only have like $1500 which will get me nowhere in this country so i'm going to have to be very careful about what i spend my money on... there's soooo much to freakin DO here tho! i want to do it all!
not sure how i feel about this solo travelling thing... i guess i just arrived but i am slightly worried about stuff. what if i don't meet anyone? what if nobody likes me?! what will i do and who will i talk to?! i know about 453249328432843284 people travel alone but it's fucking scary!
well... i am hungry. i'm going on a mad hunt for curry cuz esperance had nothing and i am super stoked to be back in proper civilization!!!
and... i'll be home SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!!!
