This is a wonderful fic!

It has alien aliens, great hurt/comfort, great first time, and great moments from Sam, Teal'c and Janet.

And it is the first fic I can remember which had both Jack and Daniel with permanent injuries that removed them from the gate teams.

Teal’c buckled and started the engine. “I believe that is what is known as shrubbing.”

“Hedging. And you’re right.

Brilliant! So many great lines in this!

“I’m going to scientist hell.”

“Nah. No scientist goes to hell. They don’t believe in it.”

Haha! Wonderful! And the idea of Teal'c playing WoW! *absolutely dies* You are totally pushing my g33k buttons with this wonderful fic.

“Tell me you want me,” Daniel said, brave and scared and willing to show weakness only to Jack; only ever to Jack.

This line made me weak everywhere. Oh Daniel. And this one:

Jack learned that Daniel keened and growled and grunted and panted; that all of those amazing words in all of those multitude of languages deserted Daniel when they weren’t needed.

*whimpers* Oh this fic was so brilliant. Thank you so much for writing this for me. It was beyond lovely. *swoons*

I totally enjoyed every bit of this! Action/adventure, h/c, opiate-aided outing, wonderful lines, great moments of Them, and long enough to get lost in -- everything I love in fic, all in one wonderful story.

“Well, I am good at undying.”  Jack smiled, “Yeah you are.”

Lovely, perfect, and Them.

he really should have kissed Daniel when he had the chance. Now he was going to die without ever knowing what that felt like.

As in my fic; I love seeing variations on a theme! :D

The world needs more long and delicious fic like this.

it had been a while since i'd really just sat down with the boys and walked through a deep, intense situation with them, and i really enjoyed it. and i love that that enjoyment is translating over to the readers.
