Looking for a fic!

Hey everyone :)
I know this community isn't all that active anymore, but I was wondering if anyone could help me find a fic?
It was set in the future with Cox's and JD's children being best friends and Cox and JD being kind of strange with each other (I think).
Then, Jordan dies in an accident or something(?) and it's all really
heartbreaking but cute because the kids are so supportive with each
other.
It all ends with Cox and JD getting together at the end of the fic.
Any idea what I am talking about?
