All my boys don't dance, we just pull up our pants.

Yes, I know that's not the actual lyrics, but I don't want to offend anybody.

Busy weekend. Homecoming was on Friday. I helped to decorate the Spanish club float, and then we rode on it. Me and Dennis kept yelling "Join Spanish Club! You know you want to!" and "Jueguen golf!" And then afterwards, Shawn Pidsadnick was throwing a tailgate party in the parking lot, so I went over and talked with him and Tiffany Snyder for over an hour. Springville lost the game, 42-27, which wasn't good. What was probably worse was that anytime we heard loud cheering, we figured it was Springville, so we started cheering like idiots. Except every time except for once, it was Olean making a big play. And then Nick Palmer kept getting taken down by everybody who was at Shawn's truck. It was pretty funny.

Then the next morning I had to get up at 6 in the morning to take the PSAT. I think I did pretty well on it, despite the lack of sleep. Anyways, after I got home, I ate, then helped my dad put some pinstriping on my sister's car, then took a nap until 4. Had dinner(steaks...mmm) and then went to Wal-Mart to get some new clothes for the dance. Got over to the school at about quarter to 8 and waited to be let in the dance.

Anybody who has read my last two posts about school dances will understand this and why I'm so excited about it-I finally got the nerve to ask a girl to slow dance with me. In fact, I ended up with 4 of them. :-D Including one with the girl I happen to have a crush on. I got really lucky there, because Zach played two slow songs back to back, so I got to have two dances with her. :-D JD and Melissa were even saying to me afterwards "It seems like you two hit it off." Which made me all happy.

Then this morning at church they had a little ceremony for the confirmation students during mass. 8 of the 9 students were there, and we all went up and stood in front of the altar, where Father Al said a little speech to us and the congregation. Then we all went up on the altar and signed this book the church has of all the people who have been confirmed. And then, later, in confirmation class, we had to draw our lives as driving a car down a road, and Jason Skryzpyk drew the Oscar Meyer Weinermobile. It was pretty funny.

Well, anyways, that's it for now.

Have A Nice Day!
