(no subject)
I can't believe that I've been back to school for three weeks already. Time has flown, but I'm not really complaining. My classes are all pretty good minus Western Legal Tradition, the SATAN of all classes. It's a 2:10-4:50 block on Tuesdays, which for me, start at 8:30 in the morning. Tuesdays are officially from hell. soooo bad. But after Tuesday, the week is awesome. I only have three classes between Wednesday and Friday, so I really can't complain.
Nothin too much is new... weekends have been awesome. Lauren and Maggie and I have branched out quite a bit this semester. I'd like to insert a shoutout here to Liz, the Dane, and the Greek especially. Oh, and of course my roommate Andrea E. Fantegrossi, daughter of Tyree Jamal Fantegrossi. (Don't ask.) I have realized how truly blessed I am to have this girl as my roommate. <33333 Speaking of which, this Saturday is her 19th birthday, so all of us are going out to some nice restaurant in Dupont I think. We also have an awesome gift planned!!!
Tonight Something Corporate is playing at the 9:30 Club. Lauren and I, like idiots, did not order tickets in time, and they sold out. BUT, we are going to go there tonight and try to get in. We're hoping somebody will be scalping tickets. They were originally only $15, so I'm thinkin hopefully we won't even have to pay too much. Eeew I'm nervous.
What else... ahh, yesterday was mine and Mike's 8 month anniversary. I can't believe I've been putting up with him for this long! jkjk. But I really can't believe that we have been together for 8 months. I love you Mike!
OMG in other HUGE news... Ben Folds has a new single!!! and his new album, Songs For Silverman, comes out April 26th. Also, in March I hear, is going to be a re-release of BFF Whatever and Ever Amen, with 7 bonus tracks!!! Could I be anymore excited??!?!
I guess that's all for now... I have another class in an hour and then it's off to 9:30 to try to get in to see Something Corporate! Oh, and Straylight Run is playing too!!! :)
