Yahooooooo
Well I managed to get right outta bed and go walking. I walked around Cowen Park and I know that's not what steve wanted me to do he wanted me to do Ravenna however I feel like getting out and walking again for 45 minutes was awesome!!!! YEAH GOD AND LISA...that is a really huge deal for me cuz Cowen is real close and I can walk there around it and back three times a week...not trying to loose weight just trying to stay mobile and keep my muscles moving...
that is the first walk I have done in months since I had been so sick in January and then moved here...I am so grateful I just got up and went this morning...I didn't stop just got clothes on and left...I don't care about the distance and/or pleasing steve I amjust going to move from here on out...
