Okay, I got lucky today and got my hands on the Mark Adamo Score for Little Women. That one came in in two days and I'm still waiting on the vocal selections, that I ordered three days before! Damn OhioLINK.
The Adamo score isn't too bad, or at least appears to be. I dunno. It's only two acts and 120 minutes, with a darn good selections of arias, duets, and duos and just in general a good score (appearance only). But we've got one problem... 14 people - 6 women, 4 men and 4 offstage chorus members, who play voices. The four daughters are light lyric voices (Low Lyric Mezzo-Soprano, Lyric Mezzo-Soprano, Lyric Soprano and Lyric Collatura Soprano) Geez... Adamo really touched on all the bases... And it's a kinda funny show. I'll post more on it later... I've got something that will make Krista very happy
