Post Christmas
I just spent way too much buying a new camera. I picked it over buying an iPod. Maybe I'll buy an iPod later.
My camera crapped out on me last Friday. I suppose it did last quite a long time -- through many abusive nights in the pocket, multiple falls to the floor, and thousands of great, unforgettable shots. The Optio will be missed. It's replacement. I think it's pretty sweet. Did my homework, it's a great little cam. Has a Leica lens, too.
Anyway, so the big gifts this year from the rents were a 7200 rpm 160G external hard drive -- so I can start putting my videos and stuff onto my computer and make DVDs and shizzle and a 6G flash drive. The flash drive I would have never used and my parents had no idea if I wanted one so I told them I wouldn't use it much and they just gave me the money and are going to return it (it was all very graciously communicated and received, no feelings were hurt in the least). I was going to use the money towards a video iPod, but then decided would definately use a camera more. I would like the camera more, too. Everyone knows I take wayyyy too many pictures. I'd feel lost without a small point and shoot in my left pocket at all times to catch Tobel's krunking acts and various fleeting memories that would have otherwise been quickly forgotten.
Anyway, so Thao was supposed to call me today to hang out, but she didn't so I'm going out with Christina and Isiah, I believe. Pretty sure about that
Steve's supposed to call me this week when he comes into Lansing so I can get my shizzle. Woot!
Let's see I guess I am going to go pack now. I need to get another box or two ready for my trip up to Allendale haha alrighhhhttt
