HIV
okay, so this week is going to be really clear since all I have is one final and that's tomorrow . . .
so a week ago I ordered a test-yourself-at-home HIV kit . . . just to be safe you know. I figured that any of the HIV tests I've taken at home would still be valid (negative), but sometimes it can take a few months for the antibodies to develop. Anyway, I ordered it offline and it was supposed to come like Thurs or Fri . . . but no, no it had to come today (tues). It was going to be my end of the week excitement. ruined.
Oh, I also like couldn't hold my hand right to drip the blood in the well, so I like bled all over the top of my laptop and on like 3 q-tips trying to control it . . . and after it doesn't drip the second drop (you're supposed to wipe the first drop because it can be dirty from your skin or something . . .), it started just pooling across my finger instead of forming drops. It was messy, but I finally got a good drop in that well.
I wouldn't trust this test as much as I do if I wasn't as safe as and I am and were scrumping -- but it takes from 2 weeks to 3 months for HIV antibodies to be in your bloodstream, and it's been far longer than that.
So, no I have nothing to excite me over the 5 day weekend I get to enjoy. I guess I'll go out with Johanna . . . I wanna go to her place more. we can have slumber parties and nights on the town. wait, we already do that.
we can do it again. :)

PS. the result is negative. I gave it it's 10 minutes. It's done and over. so exciting.
