i have a hard time keeping up with this journal that it seems less and less like a journal....
hit 205 pounds on the bench press earlier this week. a personal best for me. overall my body sculpting is comming along quite well, just so damn hard to cut fat while gaining muscle. its nice when people compliment you, it is really a tough job to work out. it goes way beyond just going to the gym. your whole life revolves around it.
why is it that i will yell at my sim daughter to do her homework before play rather than do my homework before play?
much easier to delegate than to lead by example.
