teacher not bad
As you know, I quit Radioshack to go back to school. and to get the hell out of Radioshack. Anywho, class has been good, except that my teacher is a super pain to please. No one gets A's in that class. the highest I've seen was a B+. Until today. For some reason, he gave like half the class A's on the last hw assignment, including me. I don't know if maybe he realized he was being a jerk or if he noticed that half the class had dropped, so he'd better lighten up. But whatever, I'm just glad I'm not gonna be stuck just getting B's in the class. Not that a B is bad, I just know that I did better.
Work is good as well. I've become the queen of my section. When I'm there, no one worries about how fast my section will be done, cuz I do it fast and well. woot! Unfortunately, I don't get enough "ONC"s (Old Navy credit card applications), so the managers try to push me into that. they're also trying to scare us by saying "if you don't get more than a couple a month, it could end in termination". yeah right. Those of us who are good at recovery on the floor don't usually get many ONCs, so I highly doubt they'd fire us hard workers for something stupid like that. besides, half of our customers are tourists anyway. So hours have been a little tight, but starting next month, they'll start dishing em out.
ALSO next month, Luis and I will start looking for another apartment! woohoo! And thank God, cuz we don't have room in this one anymore, and our air conditioner is leaking the water that it sucks from the air. for a while, our carpet was soaked, but now I have a pan under it that I have to empty every day. I just hope the apartment we get into doesn't let me down.
