1. To be honest I don't pay much attention to politics. I am of the opinion that it doesn't matter who's in charge because sooner or later the special interests get a hold of them and then you have the same leader as the last one.

Clinton/Obama... This one I have been paying attention to. Because no matter which one of them wins the nomination, history will be made. Colour me cynical however, but neither of them will be President. Even with the black vote and everyone wanting a change from Bush, I seriously doubt that you guys will elect a woman or a black man to the highest office in the land. But I could be wrong; everyone I know thinks otherwise so what do I know. :)

2) define kickass. The last time I was able to sit down and write something without stopping to really think about whats coming out was the BA7 fragment and the weird little Yellowknife snippet I posted to you and Erik. I've found its not a good idea to think about what I'm writing anymore, but just to sit down and see what comes out. If I start thinking, nothing comes because I start second-guessing and re-writing and deleting.

3) I have read these guys, but it was so long ago, I couldn't tell you want I thought of either of them.

4) Nothing. Stayed home and watched TV. Don't like birthdays all that much any more.
