The Mexicans
Alright so...
My mom, dad, kristin and I are deciding where to eat last weekend and none of us could decide.
No one wanted La Hacienda, but we ended up deciding on Siesta because they have decent mexican food and it was different than the Hacienda.
So we go and we get seated in the back room and they bring out the syrup salsa thing. Its like a syrup container with hot sauce in it.
So anyway i pour out 2 little cups full so we can eat our chips and for some reason the second bowl was hard to pour cause there was something stuck in the spout, but i fill the bowl.
We eat chips for awhile, place our order, and low and behold.....we are out of hot sauce.
So i grab the salsa syrup thing and its stuck again so i shake it furiously and out pops something that looks like a piece of plastic. (this is what i thought it was cause a piece of the cheese grater broke off at home when we were making chicken enchiladas).
I grabbed my fork and began to prod at it and i picked it up to shock an amazement of the whole table (who immediately covered their mouth) because they just saw a piece of chewed gum come out of the salsa spout.
oh my. what do i do? This is disgusting. Madre de Dios! So we tell our waiter and he tells the main lady she says sorry blah blah and they bring us free queso like its going to ease the pain.
So we eat the queso (like the pain is eased) and our food comes out. Well anyway we are almost done eating and my dads about to eat his chalupa and he sees something in it.
We look closer. Again, another gasp from the table. An earring in his chalupa! A freaking 1 stone stud earing.
Aww hell nah...
I got up and told the lady about how i couldn't believe this was happening and she needed to come see this. So she did. She said "ok your food is free". Which it better have been.
So now after having the worst food outing ever i have questioned why we went on this day...this weekend. At the perfect time for this to happen to us, and the only conclusion i came to was that I wish i would have gone on Monday because im sure the immigrants put it there O_O (and for all you who think im serious about the immigrant thing its just a joke chill)
so yah no more siesta.
