Internet at home is dead. I'm 99% sure I know what the problem is, but I still had to spend last night navigating tech support to get it addressed.
I've got a tech coming out to take a look at the line tonight just after work. This WILL be resolved tonight, or I'm going to march down to Century Link's offices and start talking to people in person until I get something done.
