All I needed was an afternoon off to recharge. I finished my walks early (thanks to Anna, who graciously took one walk) and headed to Tyler's. We ate bread and cheese, fiddled with the Batprank video (coming soon!), and promptly fell asleep for an hour. After we woke up, I dragged him to the shiny new Petco in Emeryville and then we rock climbed. There was sushi for dinner, cake and cookies for dessert, and "The Endless Summer II" for entertainment.
Today I woke up feeling good, loved, and ready to take on all the work I had piled up. It felt nice. I really appreciate all of the love and birthday wishes from everyone. My friends and family are awesome!
Also, today last year was the first time we met. Can't believe how different my life is, one year later.
