NEW COSTUME OMGWTFLOLBBQ

On the days when I sit at my desk at work and wonder why I took a soul-sucking desk job, I need to remember that I have expensive, very expensive, hobbies: playing in the ocean and MAKING KICKASS COSTUMES.

Next up is Psylocke. LOOK AT HER. SHE IS SO PRETTY.






Okay, so it's gonna be the most revealing costume I have. On one hand I'm a little nervous, but for some reason on the other hand I think I'll be pretty comfortable, especially at cons. I've been desensitized to feeling exposed because I basically walked around in a swimsuit every day for five years. This really isn't any different...I'll actually have MORE clothes on with the boots and gauntlets thrown in. :D

So let's see. I will need to buy:
- black, dark blue, or dark purple leotard (everything else I own is black, so I feel like I should add some color...really leaning towards a purple suit this time)
- gauntlets for the arms
- maybe new boots, definitely need to make boot covers that extend up past my knees
- strips of cloth for the thighs and arms
- red sash
- black or dark purple wig until I grow my hair out and dye it myself
- A KATANA, MAYBE TWO

Not bad, not bad at all! The hardest things will be the boots and the getting in shape.
