Burning Media and thinking about Euthanasia
Here I sit, at my Aunt and Uncle's dining room table, preparing media, and getting everything all set up on this end for starting a new program. However...Its really hard to concentrate when a 96 year old woman is sitting across from you moaning as if she were in pain constantly. So as I sit here and listen to the endless droning of what could not be anything else than a cry for help, I wonder whether Euthanasia in certain situations would be okay. This lady doesn't speak much english...and I being the pasty white guy that I am, wouldn't know Spanish if a gun was pointed to my head. But it makes you wonder, is such a quality of life...worth postponing?

Quality of Life < Pain endured.... = Euthanasia? Guess thats what im getting at. Is that equation true, or is there some underlying variable? Family, friends, God... Do they overthrow things and make life worth living? Guess thats up to the individual. I dunno I guess i just see that lady in so much pain and I wonder how much of life she is actually enjoying. :Shrug:
