Make the Yuletide Pay
Silver bells, silver bells, it's gigging time in the Big-D...
The calendar's filling up with everything from the lovely midnight mass at All-Saints to a company party at Toyota of Irving. I did turn down one church gig because it took up six consecutive nights and I don't want to do that to my precarious mental state. :)
Just enough to keep my fingers moving, not enough to drive me nuts or keep me from sleeping. And enough for me to get nice presents for my loved ones, because that's the best part of the whole month.
It was a quiet day in general - I think the phone rang twice and both times it was Larry. Picked out some music to audition for the choir, sang for a while, and decided not to try and play piano WHILE singing because I don't do either well enough singly to try and do them together.
Talked to Jordan, Laura, and Anna on IM and got the last part of "The Education Rant" to Erika and Danielle for them to look over. Please, please, let it be close enough to acceptable that it'll only take one rewrite...
