1. I had my zen in my pocket today, and as I pulled it out in the car I saw one of the fluff things fall on the floor. I know I saw it fall! When I went to go pick it up it wasn't there!!!!!! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO my left ear is not pleased
