Just 'cause I felt like finding out how much (or how little) I've actually travelled...I've always thought myself fairly well-travelled, but it looks like I should pull my britches up and fling my ass to further-flung places before it's too late!

You've flung your ass to more places than I have. Someday when I win the lottery (ha!), I'll travel more, but for now, I'll just have to spend my money on food and rent.

Admittedly having had clients in the travel/tourism/aviation business has helped me get to a few places cheaply or for free. I need to get me another airline client I've decided.

Yep - as part of visiting my family in/around Scandinavia - it is beautiful, although a largely forgotten about country I think.

My great-grandparents were from Finland (on my father's side, giving me my Finnish last name :) and later came to the US. I still have some distant family there but I've never met them.

Helsinki is wonderful...and the country is just made up of lakes and islands - it's very different to a lot of places I've seen - even up in Scandinavia :)
