Google Chrome

Have you heard about Chrome? It's a Google-created (or, at least, sponsored) web browser. Its point is to make web browsing faster, more stable, and more standard. And it seems to do a pretty good job, to me.

But the point of this post is not for me to explain it: check out the comic book they did, explaining what makes Chrome different and why. Occasionally a little technical, but it tries very hard.

I'm constantly having runaway memory/process problems, so I'm going to give it a try. As long as the new-process-per-everything doesn't conflict with my habit of having lots of tabs, I think it'll be okay.

Only available in Windows for the moment, but other OS versions will be coming, it seems. I'm running it on Virtualbox at work, and it's fine there.
