Okay, you're probably not going to agree with this, but... what if the title recognizes what you're already doing? What if you did, in fact, dress for the job you wanted, only in this case you've trained/worked for the job you wanted.
You don't want to be head of the org, which is the only further step. You just want to keep studying, keep coming up with kata interpretations, keep sharing.
I think you're already doing what you're supposed to be doing. I don't think you have to push yourself harder.

And no, I'm not trying to undervalue the work I've done, or the things I've learned and shared. This is just a very big step to me, and I'm still processing some of it. :-)
