Blame Batman
I'm not sure why the Dark Knight made me think "zombies", but for some reason ready Batman made me start thinking about my old story, Heretic Project. At the time, I thought it was awesome. Eventually, it became clear that HP was a nothing more than a blatant Resident Evil rip-off, and a bad one at that. Oh well, it was my first real zombie story, and it spawned some good characters.
So, the other day, I found the old "Heretic Project Soundtrack" cd I burned when writing it. Listening to it again, I first realized that most of the CD was just ass-kicking fighting music. I thought, "well, what if I had focused more on the characters, plot, and dialogue than just the action? Maybe it would suck less."
Guess what?

The Heretic Project has been re-opened, and the zombies are back, muthafugga. Hopefully, it turns out less...abyssmal this time, but only time will tell. Well, time and feedback. I'd like to know if this attempted revival was in vane, or if maybe HP still shows some promise...Lemme know, kay?
