This morning I woke up feeling anxious. I ended up getting out of the apartment, walked some, and went to a neighbor's apartment. My anxiety turned to depression. (When I got depresseed, I pushed the anxious thoughts aside.) I ended up going to another neighbor's apartment. Went back to the first neighbor's apartment and he took me to my psychologist appointment, which I had scheduled today anyway. I have a medicine that she added when I get anxious. I took one when I got home and it calmed me, but also made ne tired. I should be sleeping right now so goodnight.
