Reading, learning, and p q d b video? (In search of)

Some months ago a video was going around my friends list of someone talking about learning to read, dyslexia and the problem of "to one point, we're teaching that a thing is the same thing whatever angle you look at it from" with his(?) example being a wristwatch, and then we switch to "except for letters!"

Does anyone remember what I'm talking about and have a pointer?
