And then there are those teeth... I admit it, if The Rock had a fandom, I might be in it. (Ok, ok, having said that, I'm sure there *is* a Rock fandom, and I probably wouldn't be caught dead in it.) I'm a sucker for an amazing pair of teeth.
Strangely, I never contemplated the joys of slash before, and I think part of the fascination with Torchwood is that it's really the first time I've been that I've been drawn into the emotional relationship of a M/M romance, and I'm kind of fascinated by it.
I think this fanfiction is the easiest, most satisfying way exploring that sort of story without too much of the more political GLBT issues taking focus away.
I really feel fan-poetry is mostly an abomination and contrary to everything good and decent in the world.

I can only see a play as a successful (or not) collection of parts.
I *do* see what you mean about that, but I actually have a lot more difficulty seeing past bad grammar and punctuation. I like hearing other people's point of views, mostly; though I do admit when I read something REALLY great, I enjoy it less than I could because I wish I'd written it, or because I know it's better than I have done myself.
That's terrible but quite true, actually.
