absolute laziness
We've reached the point of the internet at which companies don't even bother making their own websites anymore. I've started clicking on a bunch of ads for various things just to see how many actually link you to a Facebook page or even a Facebook FAN page and the results are truly depressing. The most egregious at the moment are the Orbit Gum commercials about cleaning up their dirty ads, which then puts you at a lazily done Facebook page. Are we really at the point where 98% of the internet has to be run through what Google or Facebook want to collect about everyone who uses anything? Makes me bloody paranoid.
