hello peepz, im alex, and im fixin to be 18 in college to be an auto technician.
Here's what i gots:
Car:
1987 Cavalier Base Model 4-Door
Engine:
2.0L l4 OHV TBI
Transmission:
TH125 3 Speed Automatic Transmission w/ Lockup Torque Converter
Everything is pretty stock, it only has 80,000 miles on it and its running good. I complete stripped down the interior. My excuse was a rattle in and major crackage on the dash. Another explanation could be weight reduction, but either way, it is lighter, and even with the old 90hp 2.0 i kept up with a 90's civic. I dont see what every body sees in civics. I was reading my turbo mag... all the civics were getting 12's and a sunfire was getting 8's lol i mean TOTALLY gone. I like the 2.4's performance potential with the DOHC, but i've heard bad things from technicians, that they are unreliable. Any long time owners? tell me how the T-vin DOHC engine is.
Oh i was doing some research, this might help somebody...
