Just so you know
Wow guys! Its been a very long time since I have blogged! So many things have transpired since I last wrote! Lots of good things I might add. I'm not going to go in to details about things right now, I'm going to wait until I know its safe to say anything. Jake and I are working on getting a house. Hopefully within the year we'll be in one.Its very exciting. Its the final step to being an official grown up!
I'm really quite proud of myself as I have expanded my tv watching to beyond high school dramas. While I am still watching One Tree Hill, I have added several shows to my viewing list. It sure does help to have a dvr these days! I'm watching Heroes, Studio 60, American Idol, Grease: You're the one that I want, All My Children, and Days of our Lives. I taped In Case of Emergency but I havent had time to watch it yet. I hope its good.
I've been trying to keep in touch with people better. So far, I'm doing ok. We'll see how it goes. It helps when people return your phone calls (not that anyone who reads this would ever do that)
I've made several New Year's Resolutions. Again, we'll see how it goes. I need to put them in writing though. So here it goes.
1. Be a better listener, don't always turn the focus back onto myself.
2. Say "I love you" more.
3. Be a better wife
4. Work out/ lose weight
5. Go home more
6. Go with the flow
7. Stop procrastinating
8. Be prepared for class each week
9. Spend more indivdual time with my students
10. Take more pictures
Well I think thats enough for now. I will try to blog more often. I am constantly on the internet with nothing to do so this should not be a problem.
