Michael Jackson

I just watched the memorial service for Michael Jackson and I was moved.

It was beautiful and fitting. It was simply amazing. I teared up so much- especially at the end when his family said goodbye. Marlon, one of his older brothers, and Michael's daughter did it for me.

I found it amazing because CNN had cameras throughout the U.S. and focused on just us, the regular people, the people who loved his music. To see the people so respectful and together in unity was just awesome. There was 3000 policemen there and not one incident occurred. A miracle in its own way.

Michael was IMO a good man who had wanted to help the world. I never believed the rumors and allegations. He was not sick minded or evil. His eyes revealed him you know- what I always saw was loneliness and sadness. He was treated unfairly and it really hurt him. You can see it.

It's a real shame, but his music will forever be remembered and will continue to be a universal phenomenon that will unite the world, even if it is just for a few moments.

R.I.P.
