Heartbreak. I knew, I knew that you'd said months ago that the next Mark story would be sad, but now my heart is bleeding all over the floor. Messy, messy... I love these two boys.

Fabulous story. I absolutely adored the scene with Shikamaru. ADORED.

I really think you did an absolutely wonderful job with both of them. Neji's care is such a brutal thing. And Shikamaru is so *wiggles fingers* sagely. Yeah. I'm gonna say 'sagely' 'cause I can't think of a better word.

And this last scene: fabulous! Really great. I'm a huge sucker for the "I love you so fuck off" line of reasoning. You really did an excellent job with emotions here. Really good. Felt like I got hit by a sledgehammer. In the gut. But, you know, in a good way. :)

Oh wow, what a change from the last chapter. I feel bad for both of them, but Shino did the right thing. Love does not always conquer all, and you shouldn't try to change things about other people because you want to. You need to accept others as they are. Shino learned this and Kiba will have to as well.

BTW, Congratulations on the book. I look forward to reading it.
