Kakashi had known springtime had *something* to do with it.

I love Gai so much, and Gai as seen by Kakashi is a thing of awesomeness.

Anko's smile was slow, full of something sweet and a little spicy. "Then come here."

Ya know... I've always wanted to write a story about something like this. Or maybe it was a part of my unborn Civil War-era romance novel. Anyway... I hope that Anko doesn't put any other kinds of scars on Obito.

*grins* I have a love/hate relationship with Gai. I think he's probably brilliant without meaning to be. I hate writing him. *laughs*

As for Anko, well, I'm trying not to spoil things. But I like her. *grins*

The way you write Gai reminds me of how I used to write Tatewaki Kunou when I was doing Ranma 1/2 fics. Lots of gesticulating, and honor, and formal language, and where with Gai-sensei, you get the "ping!" of his white teeth, with Kunou, there'd be a bolt of lightning and a thundercrack.

So of course, I'm wondering what a battle between Gai and Kunou would be like.

Obito's 'education' with Anko should be interesting. Oh, my... ;)

Oh Gai. Big, goofy, and loveable, but still smart and capable. People forget that.

I've just spent all morning reading part one and now this. It's great!

I really like Obito's recovery process, it's very real. And Gai! Perfect. *grins*

Thank you! I wanted the recovery to be real. Wait. No. I wanted UNREAL, so I could be done with this quick, but my inner psychologist was having none of it... ;)
