October Update
I let the majority of Summer slip by without working on scraping/sanding/painting the windows at my house. I really started to get on task about two weeks ago, but now it has decided to rain non-stop . . . oh well.
In work news, I am really busy at work. At least for the next few months; and that is a very good thing given the economy and the fact that much of my work is tied to governmental budgets which seem to be getting smaller and smaller and smaller.
On a personal note, I used to love watching sad movies, but as I get older some of the art imitates life a little too well, and I find that I just can't watch some movies.
Went to the big Johnson family reunion yesterday - it was okay, if not that well attended. One of my cousins is always there, he is 50ish and has been single his whole life . . . so that leads me to believe that he is family and Family, but I think he abstains from any sort of gay lifestyle or culture. My brother asked if he was a bear - I have always thought he was gay, but only because of his confirmed bachelor status. He would be quite the hit in the bear community - he is one of those rare people who make mustaches look great. Ultimately, I hope that he is happy.
