I was only kidding about Balck's Beach. ;-) I didn't think they woudl really want to go there with that damn climb. Hell, I haven't even been there.

But you did a pretty good job otherwise!

Be advised, Jasper has lost about 90 pounds so he's no longer the bellied bear he used to be (but still has a great smile and a large honker that he likes to show off). There's always me bartending at PECS on Monday as well. Good music and cheap bears - and any of my buddies that I can guilt into coming by :)

I love cheap bears almost as much as Albert loves cheap beers.

We were thinking of staying at the Beach Place - any comments or suggestions regarding this?

Hmmm, I'm not familiar with it... I'd actually suggest the Park Manor - it's right across from Balboa Park and not far from Hillcrest - a short taxi ride to PECs as well.
