I have decided that I need to drop a few pounds, so I am challenging myself. I will weigh myself in tonight and will give myself 2 weeks to lose 5-10 pounds. I consider anything less than 5 pounds just to be normal weight fluncuation and anything more than 10 to be anorexia. I will work out, eat less, and not drink anything except for water. So here's to day 1! This will end with a final weigh in on May 4th just to see how I do.
