easy week so far
well my week has been pretty easy so far...
Not only has school been easy, but so has work I guess you could say
On Tuesday, I was supposed to work from 8:30 until 11:00 p.m. on inventory. So I call and asked my assistant manager if it is okay if i wear jeans and a t-shirt. She's like,
"Oh, Sheryl (my manager) didn't call you? Inventory for tonight was cancelled."
Then I didn't know whether or not to be happy that I didn't have to go in or mad at the fact that if I wouldn't have called, I would have shown up with out having to. Anyways, I decided to go to the girls basketball game, which was fun.
Then today went by pretty well I guess, and again I was supposed to work tonight, but I get home and have a message (at least they called this time) saying that my shift was cancelled for today because the shipment wasn't coming because we didn't have inventory yesterday, so I wasn't needed.(that wasn't a run on or anything...) I wish I would have known a little earlier because I could have made plans, but I'm taking the time off happily. I'm not sure how happy I'll be when i get my paycheck, but oh well. Life goes on...
I am really enjoying the HOT weather outside, I HATE the cold!!!!!
