1,2,3,4,5,6,7 it's big NEWS!
Hey everyone! :D
It's been a couple of weeks since I've written an entry. I've been getting lots of homework and projects, plus I've had in total 5 tests so far. School is taking over my life!
So what news do I have...
Well, my friends want to perform in this show that is held every year at school called the Multicultural Show. Basically it's a show featuring students doing performances that showcase multiculturalisme. I was part of the show a few years back and now I'm ready to do it again. My friends and I are really into dancing so we decided that we would create our own dance to a mix of songs (no english songs are allowed) We each got to pick our own and I was going to choose a NEWS song, but none really fit the style we were going for. Instead I chose Yamapi's song One in a Million cuz it's more hip-hop and plus my friend wanted to dance to it. So I've been working hard on a choreography for this and so far I think it looks cool. Before we make it into the show, we have to put all our dances together to create one big one, then we have to audition, which won't be until probably december. I really hope we make it!
A funny NEWS related story:
At lunch time at school, I was sitting with some of my friends and I was talking about how I have to make a dance to a Japanese song. They wanted to hear the song so I played it for them. Then one of my guy friends decided he wanted to rock out to some "Japanese karaoke music" so I played him Kibou Yell. He started lipsyncing to it and dancing really badly and everyone in the hallway was staring at him weirdly, but the best part was when a teacher came up behind him and asked if he was ok. LOL I was laughing so hard!! He just told the teacher that he was just rockin' out to Japanese "karaoke" music as if it was a normal casual thing to do. He also listened to NEWS Nippon, which I had the lyrics to, and he tried to sing along. IT WAS SOOOOO FUNNY!!!! XD XD XD The way he sang "Fly away, far away tsubasa hirogete..." made me almost pee my pants! And he was really into the part "1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 it's big news". It was one of those moments that should have gotten caught on camera. XD
Now for some sad news.
One of my friends is leaving to Japan in less than a week and I won't be able to tell her goodbye face to face. The last time we hung out was about a month ago. She's leaving for 3 years and will probably stay longer. I'm so sad she's leaving because she was a really good friend who always listened and never judged me. Even if we went to different schools and didn't see each other as much, she was still one of my best friends. I'm also slightly jealous that she gets to live in Japan. Everytime I think of it I just go crazy cuz I want to go there so bad! On the bright side, maybe she'll let me visit her one day :) I'm really gonna miss her but I know she'll have a great time and meet lots of cool people. OMG what if she meets NEWS! :o :o
So that was my little update. My life is kind of boring to write about but when NEWS is involved in my day, I have to share it with someone. This was kind of a long and probably boring post so sorry if it put you to sleep. Here's some ShigeMassu to wake you up again:
