Random stuff again
Hey LJ people! ^_^
Lately I've been pretty busy with school and stuff but I always want to update this journal. I've been wanting to write many things here ever since I got LJ but I always seem to forget to or run out of time. I make sure to post stuff on special days (like holidays or birthdays) but I've wanted to put other things in this journal too. So I'm just going to post everything that I have on my mind all at once in this entry lol.
First of all, today is November 8 which means that Jin Akanishi's single TEST DRIVE was released today. I heard a preview of it on youtube and I think it sounds pretty good. I wanted to buy it on itunes but it's only available in the freakin' US >:( I'm not really a Jin fan (or a KAT-TUN fan) but I do think it's cool that he wants to be successful in the US (though I'm sure lots of people also hate him for that). Plus Jason Derulo is an awesome singer and I think the two together sound good. But I keep forgetting that Jin is older than Jason. Seems like the other way around lol.
Anyway, I found a whole bunch of random videos of NEWS a while ago and these are the ones that impressed me the most.

First, 9nin NEWS singing NEWS Nippon...live!
I've never heard 9nin NEWS sing live...EVER. Finally they weren't lip syncing! I really loved watching this because it showed their true talent. The singing made me laugh was cute. I think the best singer here was actually Ryo-chan lol. But I didn't really like the way they jazzed up the song. It doesn't really suit it.
2nd, Koyama singing a Korean/English/Japanese song
OMG KEII-CHAN!!!!!!!!!! Where have you been all my life?!
He sooooooooooooo rocks this song. I can't get over how awesome this is. Makes me see him in a different way now *sigh* (starts drooling)... but wait I already have an ichiban
Moving on from NEWS but still JE related...
A song that I have to love: V6 - ジャスミン (Jasmine)
OMG I couldn't believe this. First of all cuz it's my name (my full name) and cuz it's a japanese song sung by a Johnny's group. :D:D:D
Honestly I was so happy to find this. Not really a fan of V6 though but I still like the song and I like the way they say my name-Jasumin lol. I now know how to spell my name in Japanese !!! :D XD

Namie Amuro
Yes I know, they are both kind of related to NEWS and in fact, that is how I got into them. ONE OK ROCK because of Taka (who was in the group when they were first formed but then he quit the agency all together) and Namie Amuro because of Yamapi.
ONE OK ROCK actually, well, rocks lol. I saw some of their music videos and I gotta say, they are awesome. Especially Taka. I was so impressed by his vocals (listen to Kanzen Kankaku Dreamer!!!!)
And Namie Amuro, she just kind of grew on me. I first discovered her from random youtube videos, then from her song Unusual featuring Yamapi, and then it kind of went from there. For some reason she reminds me so much of Jennifer Lopez lol (don't really know why).
So that's it for now. I could keep going forever but then I would be up until 4:00 AM lol. Anyway, おやすみなさい :)
p.s. I'm going to Florida in 2 days YAYAYAYAYAYAY! I need a vacation ;)
