(no subject)
They picked my logo to be up on a restaurant in NY called Violet!! It won't be open for a couple of months because they just got the place and there needs to be a lot of construction and all that fun stuff. But yeah, keep an eye out for it, its in upper east side of manhattan. I'm super excited! Other than that, work has been great, no complaints fromthat department.
Saw Michelle friday night. We went to Newtons to catch up, had one of our usual philosophical discussions, obviously brought on by alcohol. Remenisced about the good ole days, and of course I managed to lock myself out of the bar, while talking on the phone outside. A very nice girl had to open the door for me.
Backtracking to Thursday, I went over Kiri's house for the photoshoot. The goal was to put as much make up on me as humanly possible and make me look pretty yet funky, and then take pics for her portfolio. I think we accomplished that very well. The pics turned out awesome in my opinion. My eyebrows were this emerald green color, my skin bronze. The eyebrow line went off almost to my hair line and was followed by dots. The dots were repeated under my eyes as well. And my lips resembled Bjork's lips on Homogenic. Good job Kiri! I want the pics when you get a chance :)
Last night we went to Golden Gates for the celebration of Beatrice's birthday. Everyone looked lovely as always, and I ended up running into Sabina by the end of the night. We chatted a little, I finally met her boyfriend. The only negative part of the night was the surprisingly bad music. Usually it's a mix of good and bad, but for some reason the good wasn't there at all.
And now it's raining :( so it looks like probably no snowboarding today. Oh well, more time for IHOP.
