So Friday I spent the majority of the day running around the Town Center in the rain. I was pretty much soaked by the end of storm but didn't care much. David called me later on and we hung out for a little bit till he had to go since he bought pizza for his family. We ran into Nagi just after she had gotten off work and we spoke for some till she was picked up by her Aunt, who, blew kisses at me for some reason. I did manage to buy a copy of Metal Gear Solid 2 at Game Stop since I felt bad for having Mana's copy for so long. I'm almost completely finished with Snake Eater, kind of sad though since I blew right through.
Don't get the wrong idea, it's not an easy game. There were some stealthy parts which I soon became frustrated with and began tranquilizinganything that moved. Speaking of which, it took me a good amount of time to learn how to put my suppessor back on (The game tells you how to before you equip, go figure). I sort of want to do Naked Snake/Big Boss some day now, either that or young Ocelot. They have this Harry Potter/Draco Malfoy kind of relationship, except Snake kicks ass (Unlike Harry) and Draco isn't a total sadist...yet.
As for today, I found out that they do in fact have a Ghost Hunters Season 1 boxset. If I haven't already said anything before, Ghost Hunters is a television show on SciFi that follows TAPS (The Atlantic Paranormal Society) in their mission to disprove ghost sighting cases. While doing so, some cases end up not being able to be debunked, thus showing some possible evidence. It shows a bit more of a professional, everyday outlook on the paraormal world rather than some spiritual search to connect with the ghost or some group of kids' hard ons for some ghostly activity which might just end up being one of their mother's broken dryer making noises. Get this, the box set is only $15.99, haha!
After dancing in a shower of petals, they soon dried up due to the intense heat and humidity in the house. The air conditioning isn't working and our landlords don't feel like fixing it today after suffering a loss from the Italians in the World Cup. I can stand the heat but my dad is thinking of taking us to a hotel for the night till then. Hopefully I can persuade him not to. Waste of money, it'll be dark soon so it will eventually cool down, and there'll be nothing entertaining there besides riding the elevator up and down.
