(no subject)
Hee hee.. How apropós! I think I should start posting here again. this layout is the cuteness.. hahaha. Instead of becoming more grown up, I'm starting to get attracted to kawaii things. What the heck is wrong with me? Anyway, I'm starting to feel a bit antsy where I'm at. I'm kinda thinking about my options but so far nothing peaks my interest. We'll see though. I have a feeling 2006 is going to be an interesting year. By the way, there are quite a few engagements that happened over the holidays which I'm happy about. Some of them took a long time to happen (trust me I know the feeling) so I'm really happy for them. I think 2007 is the year of weddings. So far, I have 1 friend who's getting married this year.
You know before one gets engaged, the lady gets googly-eyed over the ring and of course that's just part of the charm of getting engaged but once the wedding's over, it's really not that big a deal. At least in my case anyway. Before I get a bit jealous over girls who got ginormous e-rings but now it doesn't matter so much anymore. I guess cause [as some of you married folks know], the engagement is just the beginning. There's still the wedding, buying the house, conceiving and of course parenting to take care of. Sorry I'm rambling. Guess I'm just glad to be back (kinda) in LJ.
