(no subject)
My ears hurt. I went outside to work on Rondo a bit, and apparently, the patio furniture is comfier than it seems...I fell asleep out there. After I made some progress, thankfully. I was good and remembered sunblock, so my arms and legs are nicely bronzed now (sans a few ridiculous tan lines), but I had my hair up in a messy bun and had a headband on to keep my bangs out of my eyes while I wrote. So, in other words, my ears were totally exposed. And are now totally red. Ouch! I meant to go write for about an hour, which I did, but then I think I was asleep for about three more.
But in any event, I did get a decent amount done for chapter one. It's really rough, though, so I've got a lot of gaps to fill in and patches to smooth over. Oh, and you know how sometimes, you'll be writing and listening to music, and the muse will just "click" with some song, even if it has nothing to do with the story or chapter? Well, my Sesshoumaru muse is quite fond of "Tom Cruise Crazy" by Jonathon Coulton, of all things. He's a weird one.
