Alright, this is getting blown out crazy.. we either need some mighty powerful AC up in here or I'm going to set up a water slide from my desk to everywhere I need to go to in this sauna of a frickin' buildin'.

Who can work in this heat?

It wouldn't just be awesome, it'd be AMAZINGLY AMAZING!

But it might get tricky, we'd have to turn the entire lobby into a giant swimming pool, and I don't think anyone down there would like that.

Unless we gave them SCUBA gear, but I'm not sure if we could find any wet suits that would fit Rangiku-san. Luckily, I'm on the second floor!

Hmmm yeah.... well, scuba gear would totally do the trick. Otherwise, we need to start growin' some gills.

In any case, I'm on the top floor, so I'm in the party floor! ;D you can work up here if you want! You can start down the slide from the top!
