nice to see your image sans donut on these pages again (-:
i do some colour . . . although usually more muted than this (despite M. Simons' lyric my kodachrome history did not have those 'nice bright colours' unlike the velvia days)
i am fine . . . at least working on keeping some semblance of physical health
& hope you noted the nudge line was a nod in your direction ya' know (-;
i have been loving everything you've posted the past couple months (the rare times i myself are on lj these days) and often leave the tab open to come back and comment and still time slips forward
i suppose i check fb more regularly these days are you there? or on flickr?
glad you are some semblance of fine :)
many people on lj have slipped away as the world spins faster but i would be sad to lose touch with you
was wondering myself if i'd return to these meanderings
stick around? it's a matter of conjecture if this journal will flow again . . . (have not defected elsewhere, that would only be to establish a less personal persona, and it's the personal bits that have always kept me here in the past. ya' know)
millions of pictures? ha! i need to get out and shoot more do have a little backlog of images to post though.
recently i've been trying to put older images into aperture - to get some bit of order and perspective. but that a tedious project at best, some of the old disks are corrupted and have required finding the negs and rescanning. think i've found more sadly dysfunctional methods of cataloguing than i have collections of images. and notes are almost nonexistent. ugh. a librarian i am not.
i'm surprisingly well (knock knock) for an old hag and (-: enough, i suppose!
just biding my time until i can leave. using up as much stuff as i can for art, so i don't have to move it again...
i hope the long story in chicago is a good one.
ack. even with only 7 or so years of imagery (mostly digital, thank goodness), i am wondering how to catch up and deal with it. yes, it *is* so much more tedious than the making. good luck! if you find good things, SHOW!
