i need a new optician
So I went to see Uncle Kim Teck this morning who said, "Lucky you came, this could have spread very quickly". He briefly explained the bacteria that caused this, showed me the picture of my cornea, told me what to do with my eye and set a follow-up consultation. Hence, I'm now on eye drops (my eyes smart like mad when I use it) every half an hour and I have to apply ointment every night.
But the bomb has got to be the fact that I may never be suitable to wear contacts again. While griping about this to my mother, she very calmly said: Go get lasik lah, you're old enough. Nice.
