All I did in Tokyo was eat and eat and eat non-stop, like a Massu.
1. At a Gyoza Theme Park. Tried the Miso Soup flavoured ice cream and completely regretted it. There were bits of udon in the ice cream and the fishcake tasted like rubber.
2. My first Freshness Burger! It was really super fresh and the bacon and cheese was quite awesome. I was also super tired from not sleeping and super hungry from walking around Harajuku trying to find this outlet.
3. At a ramen shop in Sendai. The ramen was served in gravy rather than soup. It was different, in a good way. And I enjoyed having to peel the egg myself.
4. At an Oko shop where we tried to cook our own Monja. I think we forgot to add soya sauce while cooking so it was pretty bland at first but after that it was good!
5. After eating our Monja, we had an Oko! I think the shop assistants got a little worried after seeing how we cooked our Monja and offered to cook this for us. He was so good at it! The final product looked like a super round hamburger!
6. At Yoshinoya hiding from the rain. We ordered a set to share and when I asked for an extra bowl, the very busy shop assistant gave me a kid's set. The cook was snickering at the back.
7, At Ginza Station. I bought a mega Matcha mochi and I really liked it! I was a very happy girl and I went back there again to buy a strawberry one to satisfy my sweet tooth.
8. At Wired Cafe, resting our very sore feet. The wireless there was so slow I was so annoyed. But the salad and drink was pretty delicious and it was pretty hilarious because there were two japanese ladies next to us trying to skype their friend.
9. In the subway. That is actually my iPhone, but I look like I'm eating all the same.
