For being there for me and being patient with me. Things have not been easy. Unemployment is very humbling. You often wonder what the heck you are going to do in your life. I feel for anyone out there that is unemployed, underemployed, or even just dissatisfied with their work situation. I sometimes forget that there are millions just like me suffering through a layoff.
Some days are real tough. I try to be positive, then something negative happens. I can't let it ruin my day or week.
I feel bad for withdrawing or not talking much lately. Not working is very humbling for me and sometimes is embarrassing to deal with. I hate talking about it. I love getting out and doing things. About a month ago, I got back into snowboarding and was actually getting better at it. I unfortunately twisted my knee, so I have decided to not go back up until next season :(.
Anyways, now I have to find another hobby that's a little easier on my knees for now. I have enjoyed cooking lately and making new things. Also, I have started reading again (even though my attention span is not so good).
If any of my friends in North Idaho want to travel up to CDA or even all the way to Kellogg, let me know. We should go out for coffee sometime. I would enjoy the company!
