Organizational change strikes
My manager announced today that she is transferring to a different organization in the company. We don't know who her replacement will be yet.
I know, change happens, but I'm disappointed. I really liked my manager and we worked well together. And it's inevitable that despite whatever passdown she gives to her replacement, much of the equity I have built up with her throughout the year (which I hoped might lead to a promotion) will be lost.
Bummer.
